He joined the school in 2013 and teaches architectural design and the history and theory of architecture.

Architect, PhD in Architectural and Urban Design (2007), from 2005 to 2013 adjunct professor at Politecnico of Milan where he taught design and theory of architecture and where he organized several  seminars and workshops with international Universities (NYIT New York, ETSA Seville, ITU Istanbul, Cairo University) . His research line deals with the problem of scale in metropolitan areas and  its relationship with architectural form and typology.  His PhD thesis develops the relationship between concept, process and construction in contemporary architecture and city exploring how digital design has affected architectural theory and design.

Beside the research and teaching  activity he’s been working as an independent architect , dealing with designs  at different scales from urban design to exhibitions and interiors. He’s been awarded and mentioned  in international design completions. (2010 First Price: Landscape and Architectural competition for the coastline of Ravenna Municipality; 2010 Honorable Mention: Architectural competition for the waterfront square of Sarnico (Bergamo/Italy; 2013 Special Mention EUROPAN 12).

He’s  founded, in collaboration with others, the web magazine  Arc2città with the aim  to stimulate the debate around the most relevant issues of contemporary design.
